HOWEVER, before this time a horse can be purchased using the MAKE AN OFFER button.

Log in with username and password to Register to Bid. Once a bidder’s number has been issued, go to the horse you wish to purchase and click on “Make An Offer”. Enter the amount you wish to pay and Submit. Your offer will be forwarded to the seller to be either accepted or declined. Pro Horse Services will act as an agent between the buyer and seller and can help negotiate a price that is acceptable to both parties.

If the offer is accepted, an invoice is emailed to the buyer. When funds are received the horse is marked SOLD and removed from bidding.
